Due to the nature of cosmetic raw materials and ingredients, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

CosChemSupply reserves the right to review return and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.
